Our "On Approval" Policy
The Internet offers new opportunities for exposure of an artist and his or her work that no technology has ever approached. Needless to say, old risks remain.

We recognize the risk of spending considerable sums of money. Therefore, no sale is final until you have seen the piece and accepted it.

As such, you may purchase a Toadlena/Two Grey Hills rug or tapestry by charging it to your credit card and we will send you the piece. Upon receipt, you will have 3 days to evaluate it. If you have not notified us that you wish to return it by the completion of the 3 days, the sale is final. You may choose to give us your credit card number over the phone.

If you wish to return the piece, you have 4 additional days to do so, and you will be credited the full amount. You must pay the return shipping and you will be liable for the piece until we receive it. We strongly suggest you send it insured with Delivery Confirmation.

Of course, we hope that you will be delighted with your selection and choose to keep it. A Toadlena/Two Grey Hills rug or tapestry is a treasure to keep for generations. And knowing that you supported a weaver and her craft makes it even more special.
